MULTIDISCIPLINARY EXPERIENCE STRENGTHENS PARTNER’S BUILDING SCIENCES DIVISION
Denver, CO – July 1, 2019 – Property inspection and construction management professional, Benjamin Watson, LEED AP, has joined Partner Engineering and Science Inc. (Partner), an international due diligence, design and construction risk management firm headquartered in Torrance, Calif., as a Project Manager.
Based in Partner’s Denver, Colorado office, Watson has a degree in engineering and is skilled at evaluating and managing a variety of commercial developments throughout the western United States. Leveraging close to 15 years of experience in the Construction Risk Management and Property Inspection industry, Watson boasts an impressive resume.
For the last three years, Watson specialized in commercial and residential property assessments as the owner of Watson Property Inspections, LLC. During this time, he managed all aspects of the business, including marketing, pricing, coordination, scheduling, inspecting, reporting, billing, continuing education, customer service, customer education, and finances.
Prior project management experience consisted of identifying and providing safe work environments according to OSHA and ASTM standards for all onsite workers at large complexes such as senior living, fleet maintenance, medical and industrial facilities. He has also efficiently and effectively managed fast-track construction and Leadership in Environmental and Energy Design (LEED) projects.

With a career that focused on entrepreneurial owner’s representative, general contracting, commercial and residential home inspections, as well as structural engineering for equity and owner representative clients, Watson is the perfect addition to Partner’s multidisciplinary practice. He is a Certified inspector by American Society of Home Inspectors and Inspection Certification Associates, and a LEED Accredited Professional.
Past notable projects have included the Denver Central Platte Campus, The Las Vegas Spring Preserve, the Klein Water Treatment Facility, and well-known Senior Living, Cardiology and Surgery centers.
Watson also expressed his eagerness to be back working as part of a team while also focusing on his strengths. “I have already begun managing and conducting equity-level property condition assessments and construction projects for various agency and owner clients by identifying risk mitigation in order to directly decrease construction defect disputes.”
Watson received his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder. Organizations that Watson has been involved with include the American Society of Civil Engineers, Association of General Contractors, and Associated Builders and Contractors. His experience in construction management, engineering, and general contracting is a valuable contribution to Partner’s project management team.
