Megan Nielsen currently serves as a National Client Manager at Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. (Partner), where her day-to-day responsibilities include business development, client communication, cost estimating and proposal preparation, project oversight, and staff supervision. Ms. Nielsen’s role is instrumental in ensuring greater office efficiency to deliver a range of due diligence and risk management services for Partner’s wide variety of clients in the commercial real estate industry in a timely manner. She has strategically developed and implemented protocols for Partner’s nationwide offices and staff to ensure that all proposals and reports follow a timely and standardized reporting template in getting deliverables to the client both punctually and accurately.
Ms. Nielsen brings over 9 years of experience in the environmental industry. She has significant experience in due diligence assessments for a variety of CRE property types, along with the requirements of a varied number of reporting standards, including ASTM standards, the US Environmental Protection Agency’s All Appropriate Inquiries (AAI), Fannie Mae agency report standards, and the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC).
