Partner Hires Debbie Stott, PG, CEM

Torrance, CA – Partner Engineering and Science Inc. (Partner), a national engineering, environmental and energy consulting firm headquartered in Torrance, CA, has brought Debbie Stott on board as a new national project and client manager. Stott is an experienced environmental professional who has worked in the industry for more than 27 years, specializing in environmental due diligence, site assessment, remediation, and regulatory compliance.

Based out of the firm’s headquarters, Stott will focus on furthering Partner’s equity business with clients and providing national support to a range of commercial real estate clients, including investors, developers, and insurance companies.

“Debbie has been involved in a number of pivotal and exciting projects throughout her career,” said Joseph Derhake, PE, president of Partner. “She brings with her substantial experience and relationships with equity clients around the country. We’re very excited to welcome her to the Partner team.”

Knowledgeable in real estate-related due diligence, Stott has a significant background in serving high-profile, equity-level clients such as LBA Realty, CommonWealth Partners, Cornerstone Real Estate Advisers, Met Life Real Estate, Goodman Birtcher, The Magellan Group, and various local agencies.

Stott’s professional focus is in consulting national and international clients on environmental matters during acquisitions, development, disposition and ongoing management and operations. Stott’s recent key projects include performing environmental due diligence, third-party review and environmental consulting for LBA Realty in the western United States. Stott assisted Cornerstone Real Estate Advisors, LLC in the completion of remedial actions that resulted in regulatory closure at a diesel fuel-impacted site in Tulare County, CA, which was impacting groundwater at 160 feet below ground surface. She has also performed and managed thousands of environmental due diligence projects throughout the United States and has extensive experience in Calif.

Stott graduated with a bachelor’s degree in geology from Ohio State University in Columbus. Stott previously served as a vice president and due diligence manager for southern California at URS Corporation.
