Partner’s 11th Year on ENR’s Top 200
Partner has ranked #90 on Engineering News Record’s Top 200 Environmental List for 2023, making it the 11th year in a row Partner has made the list. Qualifications for the list consist of 2022 environmental services revenue from various sectors, including: hazardous/solid waste cleanup/management, nuclear or radioactive waste cleanup/management, air pollution control/renewable energy/energy efficiency, water supply and treatment, wastewater/stormwater treatment/management, environmental management, and environmental sciences/planning. Partner is broadly regarded as a leading firm for Phase I Environmental Site Assessments across the commercial real estate sector.
In 2022, the commercial real estate industry faced significant challenges due to high interest rates, market uncertainty, and the instability in the banking sector, all exacerbated by the ongoing economic impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. Despite these challenges, Partner’s strong performance in the environmental services sector is evident in the ENR evaluation.
