Ally Detroit Center (formerly One Detroit Center) is a skyscraper and class-A office building located Downtown which overlooks the Detroit Financial District. Rising 619 feet (189m), the 43-story tower is the tallest office building in Michigan, and the second tallest building overall in the state. Partner was engaged by the client to perform the Engineering and Environmental Due Diligence (Property Condition Assessment and Phase I Environmental Site Assessment) on this trophy asset.
The PCA was performed in accordance with ASTM E2018-15 “Standard Guide for Property Condition Assessments: Baseline Property Condition Assessment Process”. The Phase I ESA was performed in general conformance with the scope and limitations as detailed in the ASTM Practice E1527-13 Standard Practice for Environmental Site Assessments: Phase I Environmental Site Assessment Process.
