Partner was engaged by the Lender to provide a variety of services related to the renovation and upgrade of this existing resort and campground located in Monterey County, CA. Partner’s multi-scope services ranged from Environmental Due Diligence and Engineering Assessments to Construction Project Monitoring. This 5-star resort is built on approximately 160 acres of forested land overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Accommodations include hotel rooms, cabins, platform tent sites, and typical campsites, all with improved access and parking; a restaurant, spa, several pools, gardens, and a new gift shop. The original development began with construction of the Post Homestead in the 1940’s, and continued with additional structures built between 1975 and 1989.

Partner monitored the renovation and capex improvements at the 5-star Monterey County resort. The construction scope included the renovation of 59 rooms including guest houses, the restaurant, and luxury spa facility. The scope also included the construction of 15 safari tent sites (Glamping), a new gift shop, and various sitework.
