Since 2013, Partner has been contracted by a nationwide developer with a property management division to provide engineering services and solutions. Its growing portfolio is comprised of multifamily housing, student housing, and single-family rental housing projects.
Partner’s multidisciplinary team has delivered services for both new development as well as for existing properties in 19 different states and for more than 40 project sites. For new development, typically midrise luxury student housing, the services delivered include Geotechnical Services, Land Surveys, Zoning Report, Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments. For existing properties, Partner also provided Property Condition Assessment, Radon Screening, Asbestos Screening, ADA Survey, Mold Inspection, and Property Maximum Loss Analysis.
