The Orange Housing Authority engaged Partner professionals to provide the services associated with the demolition of two (2) seven story structures that were part of the Alexander G. Hamilton Housing Complex in Orange NJ. We provided asbestos, lead based paint, and universal waste identification surveys; technical and bid specification design and monitoring during abatement; and demolition activities.
We also provided periodic on-site demolition monitoring and conducted pre-bid and bid opening meetings, back fill management, regulatory compliance assistance and contractor fee and payment review associated with the demolition of the existing structure.
We also acted as the liaison between the demolition/abatement contractor and the Orange Housing Authority (the building Owner) to monitor project status, arrange schedules, and resolve of contract/payment issues.
