About Gage
Mr. Kellogg brings 15 years of experience to the Renewable Energy Group in areas of project development, financing, and construction. He has successfully completed utility and distributed C&I scale photo-voltaic (PV) projects as well as utility scale concentrated solar power (CSP) projects. His scope of work has spanned across the U.S. and the world including India, South Africa, Chile, and Panama, among others.
Gage Kellogg also brings over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. He utilizes his prior operational and business development experience in a dual role at Partner as Director of Renewable Energy Services and Relationship Manager with oversight and support responsibilities. He is focused on the provision of construction risk management services for lending institutions, insurance/contract surety companies, project equity investors, developers, and contractors. Services include contractor evaluations, plan and cost reviews, construction contract reviews, project budgeting, project accounting, project funds control, project takeover, and completion work along with a full suite of Owner's Representative services.
Mr. Kellogg has provided construction and technical due diligence services on hundreds of projects across the country representing lenders, investors, developers, insurance companies (sureties), and owners. Project types include commercial, retail, industrial, multifamily, hospitality, and institutional.
