Partner provided Independent Engineering and Construction Management services for two remote net metered solar projects in Rochester, New York: Rochester Regional Health (5,486 kWdc) and the Rochester Institute of Technology (2,340 kWdc). During the due diligence period, Partner was able to complete an independent engineering review, contract due diligence, document and cost review, and a contractor evaluation.
Once construction on these properties began, Partner was able to further serve the client by completing eight monthly construction progress monitoring reports, project funds control and a construction completion commitment.
During the final commissioning period, Partner did the independent engineering witness testing and certification of mechanical completion, the punchlist and final completion on time and in frigid snow conditions. To help the developer save money, the lender also agreed to having Partner provide the commissioning services for the projects.
