Bob’s specialties include comprehensive master planning; client relationships, business development, project and team management, and the research and development of innovative, high-performance building technologies, including water reduction, energy efficiency, and return on investment analysis. He has provided services for private sector clients including lending institutions, developers, brokers, and equity property owners; and governmental agencies such as National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), United States Department of Defense (DOD), and the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).
