In a recently-completed project, Partner provided a multi-scope list of services on a 74-acre mixed-use development lot for a client in Cincinnati, OH. The scope of services included:
Partner was engaged to provide these services as part of the expanding and diverse space, home to a range of corporate offices, retail chains, multifamily residential spaces, and a movie theater. A former world capital for the industrial production of machine tools, Partner assisted with the transformation of two separate lots into a mixed-use development in the most high-demand area of the city.
The success of this project was due in no small part to the execution of strong ongoing communications between the Partner team and the lots’ facilities and management staff. These communications allowed the entire team to cooperate closely, allowing Partner to complete the project within the expedited timeframe. Partner is proud to have been a part of this exciting project and looks forward to the planned renovations of this property.
