Janet Annan has over 16 years of experience in the environmental due diligence service industry and serves as the Technical Team Lead for the SBA Division at Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. She provides technical expertise and senior review to ensure ASTM, AAI, and SBA requirements are completed for the client requirements on RSRAs, TSAs, ESAs, and Phase II ESAs. Her responsibilities include project and team oversight, report review, client liaison, and technical expert for SBA environmental due diligence.
Ms. Annan’s significant experience in due diligence assessments include a variety of property types, needs, and requirements of a varied number of reporting standards including ASTM, AAI, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, SBA, and customized client formats. Specifically, Ms. Annan has performed and supervised Phase I and Phase II Site Assessments, Baseline and Exit Assessments, SBA Farm Loans, TSAs, Subsurface Investigations, RSRAs, Peer Reviews, Limited Compliance Overviews, Asbestos Surveys, Radon Measurement and Mitigation Surveys, National Environmental Policy Protection Act (NEPA), “hands-on” field investigations relating specifically to Kansas and Missouri Risk-Based Corrective Action (KRBCA and MRBCA), remediation projects at active and abandoned hazardous waste facilities including formerly-used defense (FUD) sites, CERCLA sites with Community Involvement, and hazardous material emergency response.
