To meet the needs of multiple investors, Partner completed Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, Radon Testing, Property Condition Assessments and Freddie Green Reports according to both Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac guidelines for six apartment complexes throughout Ohio, within a 30-day time frame.
As part of the Freddie Green Report and Fannie Mae site visits, Partner Energy visited each of the properties to ensure the multi-family units met the Fannie Mae High Performance Building Assessment scope and the Freddie Mac Green Advantage Green Up scope while also assessing for energy and water efficiency throughout each of the properties.
While Freddie Mac guidelines were followed, Partner also completed radon testing on 100% of all units per Ohio’s stringent requirements, and completed follow-up testing 2 months later since elevated levels in several of the properties were found.
In addition to the follow up radon testing, Partner also made recommendations for mitigation on properties that had radon levels above the EPA action limit and provided Operations and Maintenance (O&M) programs for suspected ACM and LBP.
