Ali Azimi, PEhas more than 30 years of extensive and diversified real estate and title industry experience including executive management, project management, title engineering, civil engineering design, and land surveying experience in the California market. He has worked on numerous civil engineering and land surveying related projects and has provided civil engineering and development expertise in responsible charge of hundreds of projects from land acquisition due diligence phase, through land planning, civil engineering design to project construction phase and project completion. Mr. Azimi has been qualified by a California Superior court as an expert in both Civil Engineering and Land Surveying disciplines and has provided expert witness services for a number of successful cases. He is also an active professional consultant with California Board for Professional Engineers, Land Surveyors, and Geologists developing and validating land surveying and civil engineering test questions for professional licensing exams.

Daphne Galvin, PE, PP, LEED AP, has over 30 years of experience providing the highest level of consulting services to private and public clients, including civil engineering design and development, management and executive functions for local, regional and national firms.  Project types include residential housing, offices, warehouse and industrial space, offices, public and private schools and universities, hospitals and medical facilities, parks and recreation, roadways and utility infrastructure, and a variety of mixed-use and redevelopment projects, for private and public clients. Ms. Galvin's technical expertise includes oversight and QA/QC of land development design, such as site layout, grading, stormwater management, utilities, regulatory permitting, landscaping/lighting, soil erosion measures, construction detailing, and construction administration.
